Expectations/Responsibilities
- Collaborate across MAx to ensure aligned patient access strategy; identify/address gaps and adjust tactics/tools/communications.
- Support brand/indication launches: lead patient-services market research, vendor selection, develop Business Rules/processes/materials, build hub, and train vendors/field teams.
- Develop launch execution plans with PASS, internal matrix teams, and external vendors; manage KPIs and hold vendors accountable.
- Communicate program changes to field/office teams/vendors; retrain as needed.
- Apply patient journey and Market Access expertise (coding, reimbursement, payer policies) to educate internal teams and expedite path to therapy.
- Conduct regularly scheduled vendor site visits.
- Incorporate patient voice; anticipate marketplace trends; build expertise in affordability/out-of-pocket costs/payer influences.
- Validate data and improve data gathering; review analytics to improve Business Rules/hub processes; build dashboards with analytics team.
- Stay compliant with BMS compliance policy guidance and Business Rules.
- Lead matrix teams/hubs to identify reimbursement issues and ensure consistency (coding/coverage/payment).
- Lead PASS strategic vision implementation; generate strategic ideas.
- Provide leadership for Patient Service programs; oversee day-to-day operations.
- Support vendor management and contract negotiation; negotiate/optimize vendor agreements; evaluate performance.
- Manage Patient Services budget; develop annual budgets and coordinate with budget points.
- Oversee data governance and compliance initiatives.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s in Business/Health/Life Sciences/Healthcare Admin or related required; advanced degree preferred.
- Fibrosis/Pulmonology experience preferred.
- 5+ years in pharma industry, including 2+ years in patient services required.
- Claims reimbursement experience required (billing/coding; managed care; specialty pharma distribution/dispensing; buy-and-bill; patient support/hub services).
- Deep knowledge of insurance benefit design (commercial and government payers).
- Experience managing complex programs/projects/teams required.

Compensation/Benefits (Princeton, NJ)
- $162,660–$197,101; additional incentive cash/stock may be available.
- Benefits include medical/pharmacy/dental/vision; 401(k), disability, life insurance, and PTO.
