Associate, Commercial Contracts (Finance)
Location: Princeton, NJ (Hybrid – 4 days in office)
Reports to: Director of Commercial Contracts

Responsibilities:
- Manage commercial contract operations for assigned accounts in Generic (Rx), Specialty Rx (SRx), and OTC divisions.
- Prepare/review/generate contract documents (Offer letters/Product proposals & pricing adjustments; RFP/RFI submissions; mass customer notices such as WAC changes/discontinuations; review terms & conditions; other ad hoc requests).
- Assist Director in contract negotiations for offers/agreements with internal cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Management, Legal) and externally with customers.
- Maintain/update Salesforce databases with pricing and terms/conditions; coordinate sales conference calls for bid/contract updates and provide summaries.
- Partner with overseas finance on system updates (price/rebate/fee loading, chargeback queries).
- Load pricing in SAP/Vistex as needed; disseminate required information internally.
- Identify improvements in Commercial Contracts and Finance to increase savings and efficiency; support new business streams and other assigned duties.
- Finance support: support credit review team with credit limit order blocks and adjustments.

Qualifications:
- B.S. in Accounting/Finance preferred.
- 1–4 years pharmaceutical pricing; drafting Customer Proposals, Price Changes, and RFPs required.
- Strongly preferred: experience reviewing business agreements/financial terms & conditions.

Skills/Attributes:
- Knowledge of contractual terms (Failure to Supply, MFN/competitive pricing, price protection, rebate/fee language).
- Strong Excel/Word skills; attention to detail; communication skills; problem solving/organization/analytical skills.
- Familiarity with CLM platforms (Salesforce embedded BRIGHT) and SAP/Vistex/ERP systems.
- Ability to meet aggressive deadlines and handle multiple projects.
