Responsibilities: build and maintain relationships with oncology healthcare providers to support patient testing adherence, optimize clinical workflows, and drive test volume growth; educate medical staff on Natera's products and processes; monitor patient retention metrics; collaborate with internal teams to enhance customer support and resolve operational issues. Requirements: Bachelor's degree or Associate's with at least 3 years of relevant experience; background in medical support, patient liaison, nursing, or medical sales (minimum 2 years in oncology or related field). Skills: strong interpersonal, analytical, and communication abilities; strategic thinking; ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment; proficiency in Microsoft Office and data analysis tools.
