Responsibilities:
- Partner with R&D Discovery and Corporate Business & Strategy Office (CBSO) stakeholders; provide IT system ownership.
- Provide strategic technology consultation and leadership for business/domain initiatives.
- Analyze business processes; elicit/document requirements; propose and recommend solutions; drive change management; lead testing/verification/validation.
- Ensure compliance with applicable corporate/divisional policies.
- Identify and prioritize technology-enabled business process improvements across functions.
- Collect/correlate/analyze data; maintain technical system and SDLC documentation and training materials; conduct testing.
- Manage projects to scope and milestones; guide technical teams; resolve issues within scope.
- Evaluate existing and emerging internal/external systems and technologies to address business needs.
- Anticipate and mitigate project/program risks; resolve scope/issue/risk changes for large initiatives.
- Evaluate alternative IT solutions and pursue strategic opportunities for IT capabilities across business areas.
- Build relationships; act as liaison and subject matter expert for successful implementation.
Qualifications:
Required:
- Bachelorโs +6 yrs; Masterโs +5 yrs; PhD +0 yrs.
- IT system ownership/implementation experience.
- Agile (Scrum/Kanban).
- Global collaboration with engineering/design teams.
- 2+ yrs leading project teams and/or stakeholder management (cross-functional).
- Strong analytics; problem-solving approach development.
- Fluent English.
- External inspection/audit support experience.
- Experience with AI-enabled tools/automation; create prototypes and dashboards.
- Familiarity with knowledge graphs/semantic data structures.
- Interest in emerging digital capabilities (AI/connected data) for innovation.
- Ability to generate application/technical requirements (traditional and agentic).
Preferred:
- Jira or similar PM tools; data analytics; vendor relationship management.
- Scientific/healthcare background; highly restricted/secret data management; M&A process familiarity.
