Associate Business Systems Analyst

Responsibilities:
- Comply with applicable corporate and divisional policies and procedures.
- Learn and understand business processes around Clinical Development Operations technology solutions.
- Consult with business users on current and potential system inputs, processes, and outputs.
- Develop detailed business user requirements, functional requirements, user stories, and system documentation.
- Ensure current and accurate system requirements and documentation for existing and new systems.
- Research and analyze system issues (nature, effect, and results) and support proper resolution.
- Consult with functional areas to understand varied and complex business needs supported by the system.
- Determine how changing business needs will affect the systems.
- Create and manage system change requests and implementation documentation.
- Work collaboratively with technical and business team members.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- Exercises latitude in approach to problem and solution.
- Good interpersonal skills; strong verbal and written communication.
- Detail oriented.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
