Role Summary

Associate Brand Director - HCP Marketing with responsibility for strategic direction and oversight of all HCP marketing strategies and initiatives for the assigned brand. Leads strategic planning for branded promotion, collaborates across functions, and ensures alignment on objectives. Manages development, execution, and risk management of branded promotion initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic direction and oversight of HCP marketing strategies and initiatives for the assigned brand; identify new opportunities.
  • Member of Extended Branded Promotion Leadership Team; lead strategic planning for all branded promotion initiatives.
  • Collaborate across functions to ensure alignment on branded promotion objectives.
  • Develop, manage, and execute assigned branded promotion initiatives; oversee risk management with Legal and Compliance.
  • Lead collaboration across stakeholder groups including Field Medical, Field Medical Marketing, Marketing Operations, Field Operations, Field Sales, Sales Training, and Commercial Operations.
  • Build, develop, and coach the team to support overall business objectives.
  • Accountable for branded promotion success for HCP strategy and tactical execution; execute digital strategy with Omni Channel team.
  • Ensure consistency of execution with marketing strategy across all branded projects (e.g., congresses, digital, non-personal promotion, Omni strategy).
  • Lead branded promotion strategy planning for the assigned product; drive development and execution of initiatives to increase awareness and adoption.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to drive innovative branded promotional programs and support strategic planning.
  • Analyze market research and sales data to inform strategic branded promotion direction.
  • Manage annual branded promotional budget and participate in budgeting activities.
  • Work with Legal and Compliance to ensure adherence to applicable guidance and requirements.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • BS/BA in marketing or life sciences with 10+ years of relevant pharmaceutical product marketing, sales, or advertising agency experience; experience with Agency of Record; CNS/psychiatry experience a plus (or equivalent).
  • Or Masterβ€šΓ„Γ΄s degree with 8+ years of similar experience; Or PharmD/PhD with 5+ years of similar experience.
  • Emerging internal thought leader with technical and/or business expertise.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, communication, and influencing skills.
  • Ability to work independently and lead assigned projects; strong relationship-building habilidade.
  • Experience managing multiple projects and vendors, including agency partners.
  • Neuro/psych experience preferred but not required.
  • Proficient in PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
