Assoc Director -Solution Delivery Management, Clinical Operations

Role: Solution Manager for Clinical Operations technology delivery, responsible for managing and optimizing clinical trial solutions supporting Lilly’s innovative clinical workflows. Responsibilities: oversee end-to-end lifecycle of solutions, collaborate with cross-functional teams (quality, security, architecture, vendors), translate strategy into actionable plans, ensure compliance, scalability, and continuous improvement; leverage AI and automation to enhance efficiency and user experience; manage vendor relationships and operational health. Requirements: bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Life Sciences, Engineering, or related field; minimum 5 years in solution delivery or technology management within regulated environments, with experience in clinical or pharma settings; strong understanding of GxP, validation, 21 CFR Part 11, EU Annex 11, GAMP 5; proficiency in AI, automation, and digital tools; ability to partner with diverse stakeholders and manage complex vendor solutions. Preferred: clinical operations experience supporting decentralized trials, ePRO, eConsent, or patient engagement platforms; familiarity with Agile, Jira, ServiceNow, ITIL certification.
