In this role, the Associate Director will manage tasks and activities supporting HIV PrEP Prevention. This individual contributor will be a key member of the Sales Analytics team, leading cross-functional projects and components of departmental projects of varying complexity. May manage, monitor, and/or review progress and accuracy of work of one or more contractors/vendors.

Key Functions of This Role Include the Following
- Strategic Planning & Performance Tracking: lead performance/KPI development and field reporting; develop data-driven insights; conduct ad hoc analyses; manage quarterly targeting/segmentation and data refresh assessments; design/implement field-facing dashboards and reports; lead analytics tool training for performance evaluation; serve as liaison to field teams; evaluate secondary data sources/analytics methodologies; operationalize new data sources with data strategy/governance and IT; inform sales force size/structure recommendations; uphold core values and leadership commitments.
- Actionable Insights: integrate insights into decisions; provide quantitative analyses and develop business cases; collaborate on predictive AI/ML to surface opportunities and support field adoption/change management; present findings to leadership.
- Stakeholder Management: work with VP, field and brand leadership, integrated insights, data strategy/governance, commercial learning & development, and IT; act as cross-functional subject matter expert; manage relationships across Sales/Marketing/Commercial operations; manage external consultants.

Basic Qualifications
- 10+ years with BS/BA OR 8+ years with MS/MA or MBA.

Preferred Qualifications (selected)
- 10+ years with Bachelor’s in business administration/economics/finance (or 8+ years with MS/MA/MBA); business acumen; communication/interpersonal skills; secondary data analysis (e.g., IQVIA, SHA, DRG, LabCorp); strong skills in Excel, Access, Word, PowerPoint, Tableau; project management; MBA/Masters preferred; pharmaceutical/healthcare experience; consultative/analytics background.

Compensation/Benefits
- Salary range: $182,070.00 - $235,620.00; may be eligible for discretionary bonus, long-term incentives, paid time off, and company-sponsored medical/dental/vision/life insurance.
