Assoc Director, Sales Analytics & Operations - HIV PrEP

Role: Associate Director supporting HIV PrEP Prevention within Gilead's Sales Analytics team, focusing on performance measurement, strategic insights, and cross-functional project leadership. Responsibilities include developing KPIs, performance tracking, data-driven insights to optimize field force strategies, and managing analytics tools and dashboards. The role involves integrating diverse data sources, conducting ad hoc analyses, and collaborating with advanced analytics teams on predictive modeling to inform business decisions. Stakeholder engagement spans sales, marketing, data strategy, and IT, with a need to translate complex data into actionable recommendations. Qualifications: 10+ years of experience with a BS or 8+ years with an MS/MBA in business, economics, or related fields; expertise in secondary data analysis (IQVIA, SHA, LabCorp), proficiency with analytics software (Excel, Tableau), and strong communication skills. Experience in healthcare or pharma, particularly in HIV or antiviral therapies, and familiarity with GxP or clinical data practices, are preferred. The position requires strategic thinking, project management, and cross-functional influencing capability. It reports into Gilead’s sales analytics leadership, with a hybrid work setup and possible travel.
