Job Description:
As part of Gilead's ERP and Digital Transformation strategy, this role seeks an Associate Director, SAP Product Lifecycle Management to serve as Product Owner for Product Lifecycle Management capabilities supporting Pharmaceutical Development, Manufacturing, Quality, Regulatory, Clinical, and Supply Chain organizations.

Responsibilities:
- Own the vision, roadmap, and lifecycle strategy for Product Lifecycle Management (PLM).
- Translate business priorities into product roadmaps, investment plans, and measurable outcomes.
- Drive stakeholder alignment, change adoption, and value realization.
- Own strategy, governance, architecture, and continuous improvement of SAP PLM, SAP MDG, Product Segmentation, and related Digital Product Platforms.
- Govern Specification Management, Recipe Development, BOM Management, Engineering Change Management, Labeling & Artwork, Product Data, Material Master, and Regulatory Product Data.
- Lead end-to-end digital product thread from development through manufacturing, quality, release, logistics, and commercialization.
- Lead end-to-end PLM delivery from demand intake through deployment and sustainment.
- Ensure compliance with GxP, cGMP, FDA 21 CFR Part 11, and enterprise quality standards.

Key Skills & Experience:
- Bachelor’s (or master’s) plus 10+ years (or 8+ years with master’s) in SAP/ERP/digital platforms/product management/solution architecture/enterprise delivery.
- Deep expertise in SAP PLM, SAP MDG, SAP S/4HANA, and PLM processes.
- Strong knowledge of specification, recipe, BOM, engineering change, labeling, product data, and master data governance.
- Experience leading large-scale ERP implementations in regulated Life Sciences.
- Strong understanding of GxP, cGMP, FDA 21 CFR Part 11, validation, and data integrity.
- Proven leadership of cross-functional teams and external partners.
