Assoc Director/Director, IT

Role: Lead IT strategy and governance for a biopharma focused on precision cancer therapies, including digital transformation, AI initiatives, and compliance in GxP-regulated environments. Responsibilities: develop and execute enterprise IT and AI strategies, manage IT portfolio, oversee change management, ensure regulatory compliance, and support GxP audits.
