Key Responsibilities:
- Define and manage a prioritized CRM product roadmap aligned to Commercial, Medical, and enterprise technology priorities.
- Support CRM modernization by evaluating future CRM capabilities, including evolution of Veeva CRM and next-generation CRM platforms.
- Lead product ownership and delivery for CRM capabilities (intake, requirements, prioritization, backlog management, delivery coordination, release planning, adoption).
- Partner with Commercial, Medical Affairs, Omnichannel, Data, and IT teams; drive adoption and change management.
- Oversee platform operations and vendor delivery (administration, managed services, support processes, data quality, issue resolution).
- Measure value and performance; define success measures, monitor adoption/usage, and communicate impact.
- Maintain governance, privacy, promotional compliance, and quality considerations with Legal/Privacy/Compliance/Quality teams.
- Identify continuous improvement opportunities (CRM trends, analytics, automation, AI-enabled capabilities).
Qualifications:
- Bachelorβs degree (Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering, IT, Data Analytics, Health Informatics, or related); advanced degree a plus.
- 8+ years in Commercial IT, CRM, digital product management, or related roles in life sciences or another regulated industry.
- Strong CRM and field process knowledge; Veeva CRM strongly preferred; Salesforce/other CRM a plus.
- Experience with CRM data management and integrations (data warehouses, analytics, omnichannel tools).
- Ability to define/prioritize/manage roadmaps tied to business outcomes.
- Experience translating business needs into requirements, process flows, user stories, and delivery plans.
- Ability to define KPIs and measure CRM business impact.
- Experience in matrixed, cross-functional, global environments; strong stakeholder management.
- Vendor/SaaS partner management and strong project management discipline.
U.S. Pay Range: $172,200.00 - $233,000.00; eligible for annual short-term incentive and annual long-term incentive (e.g., equity).
