Associate Director, U.S. Hematology Marketing

Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and build relationships with hematology scientific leaders and stakeholders.
- Provide input into hematology portfolio marketing direction and strategic choices.
- Define brand priorities; establish best practices for scientific education and advocacy.
- Manage hematology external speaker bureaus and speaker training.
- Develop, evolve, and execute scientific competitive plans; disseminate brand messages through scientific exchange.
- Partner with Global Medical Affairs to build networks of external thought leaders; conduct advisory boards.
- Lead speaker training forums/symposia; build rapport and advocacy.
- Evaluate and interpret external data/publications and their impact on treatment algorithms, guidelines, and pathways.
- Build internal networks; collaborate with clinical research, medical affairs, and other teams.
- Develop and track annual segment budget.
- Support Health Economics and Access needs (models, analytical support, value dossier, etc.).
- Lead hematology portfolio medical education strategy.
- Lead planning for national-level U.S. exhibits/conventions for bladder cancer portfolio.

Required:
- 5 years pharmaceutical/relevant experience; 3+ years hematology experience and external relationships.
- Relationship building, problem solving, teamwork, analytical, written/verbal communication.
- Ability to influence without authority and work cross-functionally.
- Healthcare provider promotion experience through legal/regulatory/clinical review.
- Strong scientific acumen/high scientific fluency.
- 20% travel (some weekends).

Preferred:
- Bachelor’s degree; MBA preferred.
- Core marketing experience (strategy development & competitive planning).

Position Location: Upper Gwynedd, PA (Hybrid) OR Remote.
