Assoc. Dir., Technical Project Management

Role: Associate Director, Technical Project Management within the Digital Manufacturing Division, focusing on delivering digital transformation, automation, and data integration across capital projects supporting manufacturing startups and operational readiness. Responsibilities: lead end-to-end delivery of automation systems (DCS, PLC, MES, historians), manage project scope, schedule, and risks; ensure systems meet compliance, data integrity, cybersecurity, and validation standards; coordinate system integration, support FAT/SAT, and collaborate with Engineering, Automation, IT, Quality, and external vendors; drive project governance, reporting, and issue resolution. Qualifications: Bachelor's in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field; 10+ years' experience in automation, digital systems, or project leadership in regulated manufacturing, preferably pharma or biotech; working knowledge of automation platforms (DeltaV, PLC/SCADA) and manufacturing digital infrastructure; proven skills in project scope, schedule, and cross-functional coordination.
