Key Responsibilities
- Ensure alignment between DHH Ways of Working and BIT value management; pull through enterprise/BIT value frameworks to top programs.
- Escalate cross-program impacts and high-impact blockers to S&VM lead and governance committees.
- Monitor multi-team program progress to identify risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks early.
- Establish common standards for planning, funding, prioritization, and performance management.
- Define/track value cases and benefits realization; ensure accountable owners commit to agreed targets.
- Deliver integrated reporting across top programs for senior leadership and governance decisions.
- Identify and elevate trends, risks, and opportunities for enterprise prioritization.
- Drive continuous improvement to improve how programs execute, measure, and communicate value at scale.
- Craft executive narratives and support socialization/marketing of collective program value.
- Enable partnerships with key IT/operational/business stakeholders; act as connector to leadership forums.
- Lead/coach Program Success Leads; set expectations and development plans; ensure quality/integration of outputs.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelorโ€™s degree (B.S.) required.
- 5+ years leading/overseeing complex enterprise programs/portfolios.
- Experience managing direct reports (matrixed/enterprise preferred).
- Strong understanding of enterprise value management, governance, and operating models.
- Executive-ready synthesis, stakeholder management, and ability to work with senior leadership.

Preferred Qualifications
- Masterโ€™s degree; experience supporting multiple portfolios; exposure to governance forums/steering committees/value review boards; transformation/portfolio/value realization/operating model change background; familiarity with value frameworks/OKRs/benefits realization; IT/business/ops partnering; change leadership without direct authority.
