Key Responsibilities
- Ensure strong connection between DHH Ways of Working (WoW) and BIT value management practices, pulling through enterprise and BIT value frameworks to top programs.
- Escalate cross-program impact issues and high-impact blockers to the S&VM lead and relevant governance committees.
- Monitor progress of key multi-team programs using governance forums and data to identify risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks early.
- Establish common standards for planning, funding, prioritization, and performance management.
- Define and track value cases and benefits realization; ensure accountable owners commit to and deliver agreed targets.
- Ensure integrated reporting across top programs; synthesize insights for executive decision-making.
- Identify and elevate trends, risks, and opportunities to inform enterprise-level prioritization.
- Identify process improvements and operating model enhancements to enable value delivery.
- Help craft executive narratives for top programs and execute socialization/marketing initiatives highlighting collective value.
- Enable engagements with key IT/operational/business partners; act as a trusted connector between program teams and leadership forums.
- Lead, coach, and develop Program Success Leads; set expectations and performance objectives; ensure output quality and integration.

Qualifications
- Bachelorโ€™s degree (B.S.) required; 5+ years relevant experience leading enterprise-level programs/portfolios.
- Experience managing/developing direct reports in a matrixed/enterprise environment.
- Strong understanding of enterprise value management, governance, and operating models.
- Ability to synthesize complex information into executive-ready insights.
- Proven stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.

Preferred
- Masterโ€™s degree; experience supporting multiple portfolios/programs; exposure to governance forums/steering committees; background in transformation/portfolio value realization/operating model change; familiarity with value frameworks/OKRs/benefits realization/performance measurement.
