Key Responsibilities
- Ensure strong connection between DHH Ways of Working (WoW) and BIT value management practices; pull through enterprise and BIT value frameworks to top programs.
- Escalate cross-program impact issues and high-impact blockers to the S&VM lead and appropriate governance committees.
- Monitor progress of key, multi-team programs to identify risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks early.
- Establish common standards for planning, funding, prioritization, and performance management.
- Define and track value cases and benefits realization; ensure accountable owners commit to and deliver agreed targets.
- Ensure integrated reporting across top programs; synthesize insights for executive and governance decision-making.
- Identify enterprise trends, risks, and opportunities and elevate insights for prioritization and action.
- Identify process improvements and operating model enhancements to enable value delivery.
- Act as a catalyst for improving how programs execute, measure, and communicate value at scale.
- Help craft executive-ready narratives for top programs; support socialization/marketing initiatives highlighting collective value.
- Enable engagement with key IT, operational, and business partners; serve as connector to leadership forums.
- Lead, coach, and develop Program Success Leads; set expectations and development plans; ensure output quality and portfolio integration.
- Foster collaboration, continuous improvement, and enterprise thinking.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelorโ€™s degree (B.S.) required.
- 5+ years relevant experience leading/overseeing complex enterprise programs/portfolios.
- Experience managing/developing direct reports (preferably matrixed/enterprise).
- Strong understanding of enterprise value management, governance, and operating models.
- Ability to synthesize complex information into concise executive insights.
- Proven stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
- Ability to operate with senior leadership visibility and governance engagement.

Preferred Qualifications
- Masterโ€™s degree.
- Experience supporting multiple programs/portfolios.
- Exposure to enterprise governance forums/executive steering committees/value review boards.
- Background in transformation, portfolio management, value realization, or operating model change.
- Familiarity with value management frameworks, OKRs, benefits realization, or performance measurement.
- Partnering experience with IT/business/operations in large organizations.
- Change leadership; influence without direct authority.
