Role: Associate Director leading the Agentic Standards & Context Intelligence pillar within the GenAI & Agentic Center of Excellence in Human Health, responsible for defining enterprise standards, playbooks, and shared context frameworks for commercial AI agents. Responsibilities: develop and evolve technical standards across the agent lifecycle, oversee strategy for shared, governed context layers (ontologies, knowledge graphs, semantics), elevate context management as platform infrastructure, promote standards adoption, ensure enterprise alignment, partner with governance and engineering teams, establish metrics for standards and context quality, and lead a technical team. Requirements: Bachelor's in Computer Science, Data Science, or related STEM; experience in defining technical standards and driving adoption in large, matrixed organizations; hands-on knowledge of GenAI agent lifecycle including retrieval-augmented generation, tool use, and guardrails; expertise in context engineering concepts such as grounding and semantic definitions; stakeholder influence experience. Preferred: background in regulated industries (pharma, healthcare), ontology/knowledge graph design, data quality metrics, and scaling AI Centers of Excellence. Skills: AI governance, standards development, change management, cross-functional collaboration, knowledge graphs, LLMs, responsible AI, MLOps, prompt engineering, and stakeholder management. Work setup: hybrid with 10% travel; location in the US or Puerto Rico; salary range $173,200β$272,600; includes bonus and benefits.
