Role: Associate Director, Agentic Standards & Context Intelligence Lead within the GenAI & Agentic Center of Excellence, responsible for establishing enterprise standards and shared context frameworks to enable scalable, compliant, and high-quality AI agent deployment across pharmaceutical commercial operations. Responsibilities: define and evolve technical standards, playbooks, and specifications for the full AI agent lifecycle; develop and manage the shared, governed context layer (ontology, semantic definitions, knowledge graph, metrics, business glossary); elevate context management to platform infrastructure with instrumentation and health metrics; enable standards adoption through content and integrations; ensure alignment with enterprise architecture and collaborate with AI governance, platform, data, and business teams; establish metrics for adoption, quality, and impact; lead, coach, and scale a technical team. Qualifications: Bachelor's in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related STEM; experience in defining technical standards and driving adoption in large organizations; hands-on knowledge of GenAI lifecycle, retrieval-augmented generation, semantic layer design, and context engineering; experience influencing senior stakeholders. Preferred: regulated industry experience, ontology/knowledge graph governance, platform metrics, AI evaluation, and scaling AI centers of excellence. Skills include AI governance, standards development, context engineering, cross-functional collaboration, and responsible AI principles. Location: hybrid, with 10% travel.
