Responsibilities
- Define internal legal positions on drug pricing/government program issues (340B, PBM reform, MFN, Medicaid Drug Rebate, Federal Supply Schedule, Medicare Part B/Part D).
- Partner with Law Division and business leaders to develop environment-shaping strategy using legal/policy/advocacy tools.
- Monitor/analyze federal and state legislative, regulatory, and litigation developments and advise senior leadership.
- Serve as day-to-day legal lead for a defined portion of Sanofi’s 340B program (including Integrity Initiative/Credit Model).
- Manage/support 340B HRSA ADR proceedings and related federal/state matters.
- Maintain positions on 340B interpretive issues (covered entity eligibility, patient definition, contract pharmacy arrangements, orphan exclusions, duplicate discounts, diversion).
- Identify and help develop affirmative litigation/advocacy opportunities; provide litigation strategy coordination and risk counsel.
- Help design and defend internal programs; build legal/factual records for litigation and agency/public debate.
- Represent Sanofi in trade associations/coalitions; coordinate legislative/regulatory positions with Congress/HHS/CMS/HRSA/state agencies.
- Advise senior leaders; integrate legal/policy/litigation strategy; train commercial/market access/compliance teams.

Qualifications
- J.D. (ABA-accredited) and active bar membership in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
- 8+ years as a practicing attorney, including complex litigation experience and developing/executing legal or policy strategy.
- Ability to master complex subject matter quickly and exercise sound judgment.
- Strategic thinking, strong communication/executive presence, and collaboration.

Preferred
- Knowledge of 340B and/or federal pricing programs (Best Price, AMP, ceiling price); direct 340B experience is a plus.
- PBM reform, MFN, IRA drug price negotiation experience/knowledge.
- Experience with constitutional/statutory/regulatory/APA litigation.
- Trade association/government/state AG engagement; federal appellate clerkship; enthusiasm for AI/emerging tech.
