Responsibilities (Assembly Technician / OMG - R&D Lab):
- Follow detailed assembly instructions to construct medical/laboratory device components using small parts and hand tools.
- Package completed assemblies for sterilization; perform autoclave runs and document sterilization cycles.
- Assist in-lab tasks: aseptic preparation of cell culture media; sterile filtration; sterile cleaning of lab supplies.
- Monitor and restock assembly supplies; use first-in, first-out; track expiration dates to maintain inventory accuracy.
- Maintain lab organization and uphold safety and quality expectations.
- Follow procedures/SOPs; resolve routine issues and escalate non-standard problems to team lead/supervisor.
- Identify process improvements and communicate troubleshooting needs; consult with manager/others to refine ideas.
- May handle chemicals, human tissue, and/or cells that may carry infectious agents; comply with safety procedures and universal precautions.
Minimum Requirements – Assembly Technician II:
- 2+ years industry experience with HS Diploma/GED or Associate Degree, or 1+ years with Bachelor’s degree.
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity; teamwork.
- Ability to manage day-to-day tasks under general supervision and independently follow protocols.
- Excellent written/oral communication; strong organization and attention to detail; proactive and highly motivated.
Minimum Requirements – Senior Assembly Technician:
- HS Diploma/GED; 6+ years industry experience (or 4+ years with Bachelor’s).
- Same coordination, teamwork, protocol-following, communication, organization, and motivation requirements.

- On-site, full-time in Manchester, New Hampshire.
