Responsibilities:
- Follow detailed assembly instructions to construct medical and laboratory device components using small parts and hand tools in a manual process with little to no instruction.
- Package completed assemblies for sterilization, perform autoclave runs, and ensure accurate documentation of sterilization cycles with minimal supervision.
- Assist with in-lab activities, including aseptic preparation of cell culture media, sterile filtration or cleaning lab supplies, and complete tasks with increasing independence.
- Perform daily monitoring and restocking of assembly supplies; use first-in-first-out practices and proactively monitor expiration dates.
- Maintain laboratory organization; keep the work environment tidy in line with safety and quality expectations.
- Follow procedures/SOPs; resolve routine issues or process deviations and escalate non-standard problems to the team lead or supervisor.
- Identify process improvements during in-process work and consult with the manager/others to evaluate and refine ideas.
- Communicate within the team regarding issues and troubleshooting needs.
- May handle chemicals, human tissue, cells, and/or materials that may carry infectious agents; comply with appropriate safety procedures and universal precautions.

Minimum Requirements:
- 2+ years of industry experience with HS Diploma/GED or Associate Degree; or 1+ years with a Bachelor’s degree.
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Ability to initiate and manage day-to-day tasks under general supervision.
- Ability to independently follow standard protocols.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proactive approach and high motivation.

- On-site, full-time in Manchester, New Hampshire.
