Responsibilities
- Execute ATTR-CM disease awareness with healthcare stakeholders; work closely with the Cardiac Account Specialist (CAS) to ensure seamless customer interactions throughout the patient journey.
- Build and execute territory business plans: prioritize opportunities using available data/target lists; define territory objectives and KPIs aligned to brand goals; maintain customer profiles, plans, and datasets.
- Refine call planning based on local territory factors (access, geography, collaborative commitments, customer alerts).
- Use advanced selling approaches (e.g., PSSF) and approved brand messaging; tailor/adapt messaging to customer needs.
- Partner with customers to connect Pfizer resources/services; grow relationships with stakeholders and decision makers.
- Develop expertise in ATTR-CM, related diagnostics/diseases, and relevant clinical profile; educate customers on disease state and diagnostic procedures to support patient identification and treatment.
- Coordinate with CAS and appropriate Rare Disease ROC team members; gather insights and apply market/customer data to identify opportunities/threats.
- Maintain compliant, effective use of promotional/educational materials.
Qualifications (Must-Have)
- 3+ years pharmaceutical/biotech/medical device sales.
- Bachelor’s degree OR associate’s + 8+ years OR high school + 10+ years.
- Experience developing/executing territory business plans; strong teamwork/collaboration.
- Strong analytical skills using customer/market insights for sales planning and execution.
- Valid US driver’s license; no DUI/DWI or impaired driving citation within past 7 years.
Nice-to-Have
- Rare disease and/or specialty cardiovascular experience; product launch; hospital sales; experience calling on large academic centers/hospital systems.
Travel/Work Setup
- Domestic travel with 2–3 overnights/month; Remote–Field Based.
Benefits / Pay (as stated)
- Base salary range: $108,600–$250,700; additional Sales Incentive bonus. 401(k) matching and retirement contribution; paid vacation/holidays/personal days; caregiver/parental and medical leave; medical/prescription/dental/vision.
