Role: Field-based Rare Disease – Rare Cardiac Senior Health & Science Specialist responsible for driving sales growth of Pfizer's rare cardiac therapies through strategic, compliant relationships with healthcare providers, including cardiologists and multidisciplinary teams. Responsibilities: engage customers via in-person interactions, deliver approved disease and product messaging, support patient access and reimbursement, identify clinical opportunities, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet business goals using digital tools. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience (minimum 3 years in pharma, biotech, or medical device sales/marketing), valid US driver’s license, and experience engaging healthcare providers. Preferred: 3–5 years in specialty sales, especially in cardiology, strong disease state and biologics knowledge, experience with key opinion leaders, and digital engagement skills.
