Area Prevention Specialist (HIV Prevention) โ St. Louis, MO (field-based)
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute territory business plans aligned with Area priorities, customer needs, and objectives.
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with healthcare providers, systems, and stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities to expand patient access and optimize product utilization.
- Achieve or exceed sales objectives while adapting to market dynamics and territory changes.
- Use customer insights, market intelligence, and analytics to drive performance.
- Deliver relevant clinical/product/disease-state information and tailor messaging to diverse audiences.
- Influence, negotiate, and manage relationships to support engagement and business outcomes.
- Maintain expertise in therapeutic areas, disease states, guidelines, and competitive dynamics.
- Provide compliant, accurate product/clinical information per approved labeling and company policies.
- Stay current on emerging data and healthcare trends affecting customers/patients.
- Partner cross-functionally (e.g., Medical Scientists, Field Reimbursement, Market Access) to enhance patient access and experience.
Basic Qualifications
- High School + 9 years; OR Associate + 7; OR Bachelorโs + 5; OR Masterโs + 3.
- 70โ80% travel across assigned geographies; ability to satisfy onsite visitation requirements (as applicable).
- Valid driverโs license.
Compensation/Benefits
- Salary range: $115,260โ$149,160. May be eligible for discretionary bonus, stock-based long-term incentives, paid time off, and company-sponsored medical/dental/vision/life insurance.
