Responsibilities:
- Provide flexible, field-based commercial coverage across multiple geographies based on business priorities and territory needs.
- Develop and execute territory business plans; build/manage strategic relationships with healthcare providers and stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities to expand patient access and optimize product utilization.
- Achieve/exceed sales objectives using customer insights, market intelligence, and analytics.
- Serve as a trusted resource by delivering clinical/product/disease-state information and communicating complex scientific information clearly.
- Maintain product/clinical expertise; position products appropriately within the treatment landscape.
- Collaborate cross-functionally (e.g., Medical Scientists, Field Reimbursement, Market Access) to support patient access and customer experience.
- Accurately document activities; manage territory resources/administrative requirements.
Basic Qualifications:
- High School + 9 years OR Associate + 7 years OR Bachelor’s + 5 years OR Master’s + 3 years.
- Ability to travel 70–80% within the assigned area/geographies.
- Meet any applicable onsite visitation requirements for healthcare practitioners.
- Valid driver’s license.
