Role: Field-based HIV Prevention Area Specialist supporting Gilead's HIV portfolio across multiple geographies. Objectives: drive product utilization, expand patient access, and strengthen healthcare provider relationships. Responsibilities: develop strategic territory plans, engage healthcare providers with clinical and scientific information, and collaborate cross-functionally with medical, market access, and reimbursement teams. Maintain clinical expertise in HIV prevention, ensure compliance with regulations, and manage territory operations including documentation, travel, and resource allocation. Qualifications: High School diploma with 9+ years, or advanced degrees with proportionate experience; strong sales track record, healthcare industry familiarity, and ability to travel 70-80%. Preferred: Bachelor's degree, prior biotech/pharma sales, experience with injectable products, managed care landscape, and multi-product portfolios.
