Job Description
As an Area Prevention Specialist (HIV Prevention), you will be a flexible, field-based commercial resource providing coverage and support across multiple geographies in an assigned Area.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute territory business plans; build relationships with healthcare providers/systems and stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities to expand patient access and optimize product utilization; achieve/exceed sales objectives using analytics and market intelligence.
- Deliver clinical/product/disease-state information; communicate complex scientific information tailored to diverse audiences.
- Maintain expertise in therapeutic area and competitive dynamics; position products within the broader treatment landscape.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners (Medical, Reimbursement, Market Access) to support patient access and customer experience.
- Operate compliantly and report required safety/product information; complete required training/certifications.
- Document activities in required systems; manage territory resources/budgets/expenses.

Basic Qualifications
- High school + 9 years OR Associate + 7 OR Bachelor + 5 OR Master + 3.
- Travel ~70–80%; onsite visitation as required.
- Valid driver’s license.

Preferred Qualifications
- BA/BS; prior pharma/biotech/healthcare sales; specialty/competitive selling success; injectable physician-administered, Buy & Bill, managed care, multi-product portfolio.
