Area Director, Regional Lead West - Oncology Clinical Educator

Role: Area Director (AD) for oncology, leading a regional team of Oncology Clinical Nurse Educators (OCNEs). Objectives: coach, train, and mentor team members to ensure high-quality, compliant field execution aligned with product strategies. Responsibilities: recruit and develop diverse talent; support team in disease state and product education; foster an innovative, inclusive workplace; collaborate on educational strategies and performance goals; and oversee administrative tasks including reporting and compliance. Qualifications: RN or advanced nursing license; extensive hematology/oncology clinical and pharmaceutical experience; senior-level disease education expertise; proficiency in Microsoft Office; willingness to travel up to 50%. Preferred: oncology certification, industry or management experience.
