Main Responsibilities:
- Grow portfolio share and revenue; consistently deliver product goals.
- Serve as therapeutic area expert; position and differentiate products effectively.
- Collaborate with field stakeholders (e.g., Medical Science Liaisons, Market Access, strategic account managers, hospital business managers) to proactively address customer needs.
- Monitor market dynamics/trends; develop strategies aligned to brand and corporate objectives within assigned geography.
- Use account/territory data and analytics insights to help HCPs operate more effectively.
- Define agile ABM strategy for HCP engagement using AI and digital tools (omnichannel as appropriate).
- Identify opportunities; develop strategic business plans to increase utilization and grow territory business.
- Support contracting: understand/differentiate contracting options and competitive offerings via financial presentations.
- Execute buy/bill operational requirements (e.g., complex pricing analysis/price calculators, shipping, contract compliance monitoring, securing amendments).
- Adapt to changing sales methodologies, including remote selling.
- Plan/execute local promotional speaker programs and activities.
- Maximize geographic territory budget to execute strategy and grow business.
- Participate in and help lead sales initiatives (e.g., congresses, meetings, medical conferences).

Basic Qualifications (Required):
- Bachelorโ€™s degree.
- 3+ years B2B sales experience (pharma/biotech/medical device preferred); complex sales cycles and contracting.
- Healthcare environment understanding; proven ability to access decision makers.
- Strong commercial acumen; strategic/critical thinking and problem solving.
- Ability to work in hybrid/remote environment and determine optimal HCP selling model.
- Omnichannel experience; data/analytics ability; agile learning.
- Ability to execute tactical initiatives, provide feedback, and prioritize multiple products.
- Broad field sales experience influencing decision makers.
- Self-directed, organized; excellent written/oral communication.
- Valid driverโ€™s license; eligible for insurance; able to operate a vehicle.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Graduate degree.
- 5+ years pharma/biotech/medical device B2B sales.
- 2+ years vaccines account management.
- Digital acumen; strong clinical acumen.
- Market Access, Pricing, Contracting, or Finance experience.
- Proficiency with MS Office and customer management databases.
