Main Responsibilities
- Grow portfolio share and revenue; consistently deliver product goals.
- Serve as a therapeutic area expert; position and differentiate products effectively.
- Collaborate with field stakeholders (Medical Science Liaisons, Market Access, strategic account managers, hospital business managers, etc.) to proactively address customer needs.
- Identify market dynamics/trends, develop strategies supporting brand and corporate objectives, and ensure account success in assigned geography.
- Use account/territory data and partner with internal data specialists to help HCPs operate more effectively.
- Set optimal ABM strategy for HCPs using AI and digital tools.
- Develop strategic business plans to drive product utilization and grow territory business.
- Present contracting options and differentiate competitive offerings via financial presentations.
- Execute under a buy/bill model, including complex pricing analysis/price calculator use, product shipping, contract compliance monitoring, and securing contract amendments.
- Adapt to changing sales methodologies, including remote selling.
- Plan/execute local promotional speaker programs and activities.
- Maximize and manage geographic territory budget to support strategy execution and business growth.
- Participate in and help lead assigned sales initiatives (e.g., congresses, local/regional meetings, medical conferences).

Basic Qualifications (Required)
- Bachelorโ€™s degree.
- 3+ years pharmaceutical/life sciences and/or B2B sales experience.
- Healthcare environment knowledge; proven ability to access decision makers.
- Business-to-business success; strong commercial acumen; strategic/critical thinking.
- Ability to navigate hybrid environments and determine optimal HCP selling model.
- Omnichannel execution using insights; data/analytics ability.
- Science learning aptitude; ability to execute tactical initiatives and prioritize multiple products.
- Broad field sales experience influencing decision makers.
- Self-directed, organized; excellent written/oral communication.
- Valid driverโ€™s license; eligible for insurance; able to safely operate a vehicle.

Preferred Qualifications
- Graduate degree.
- 5+ years pharmaceutical/biotech/medical device B2B sales.
- 2+ years account management experience in vaccines.
- Enhanced digital acumen and strong clinical acumen.
- Experience in Market Access, Pricing, Contracting, or Finance.
- Proficient with MS Office and customer management databases.
