Main Responsibilities:
- Grow portfolio share and revenue; deliver product goals.
- Serve as a therapeutic area expert; position and differentiate products.
- Coordinate with Medical Science Liaisons, Market Access, strategic account managers, hospital business managers, and others to address customer needs.
- Identify market trends; develop strategies supporting brand/corporate objectives and account success in assigned geography.
- Use account/territory data and analytics to improve HCP effectiveness.
- Determine optimal account-based selling strategy for HCPs using AI/digital tools.
- Build strategic business plans to increase utilization and grow territory business.
- Understand/compare contracting and competitive offerings via financial presentations.
- Execute buy/bill model operational support (pricing analysis, price calculator, shipping, contract compliance, amendments).
- Adapt to changing sales methodologies, including remote selling.
- Plan and execute local promotional speaker programs and activities.
- Maximize and manage budget for territory execution.
- Participate in and help lead sales initiatives (meetings, congresses, medical conferences).
Qualifications:
- Bachelorโs degree.
- 3+ years pharmaceutical/biotech/medical device sales with business-to-business knowledge.
- Strong healthcare environment/decision-maker access; strategic business acumen.
- Ability to operate in hybrid/omnichannel environment using insights and analytics.
- Self-directed, organized; excellent written/oral communication.
- Valid driverโs license; eligible for insurance.
Preferred:
- Graduate degree; 5+ years experience; 2+ years account management.
- Enhanced digital and clinical acumen; Market Access/Pricing/Contracting/Finance experience.
- Proficient in MS Office and customer management databases.
Travel: Up to 75%.
