Main Responsibilities:
- Grow portfolio share and revenue; consistently deliver product goals.
- Serve as therapeutic area expert; position and differentiate products.
- Collaborate with field stakeholders (e.g., Medical Science Liaisons, Market Access, strategic/Hospital business managers) to address customer needs.
- Identify market dynamics/trends; develop strategies supporting brand/corporate objectives and ensure account success.
- Use account/territory data and partner with internal data specialists to help HCPs operate more effectively.
- Develop and execute an agile ABM strategy leveraging AI/digital tools.
- Build strategic business plans to increase utilization and grow territory business.
- Understand/differentiate contracting options and compare competitors via financial presentations.
- Execute buy/bill operations: pricing analysis and calculator use, product shipping, contract compliance monitoring, securing amendments.
- Adapt to changing sales methodologies, including remote selling.
- Plan/execute promotional speaker programs and activities; maximize geographic territory budget.
- Participate in initiatives (e.g., congresses, meetings, medical conferences) as assigned.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelorβs degree.
- 3+ years pharmaceutical/biotech/medical device sales.
- Valid driverβs license.
- Travel availability within the San Antonio territory.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Calling directly on HCPs; healthcare decision-maker access.
- Vaccines/biologics/injectables sales; buy-and-bill model experience.
- CRM experience (Salesforce, Veeva/Viva One); B2B success.
- Omnichannel approach, analytics/data use, strong clinical & digital acumen; MS Office.
