Main Responsibilities
- Develop and utilize a business plan aligned with marketing strategies through territory analysis, cross-functional collaboration, and customer insights (updated quarterly).
- Implement business plans by leveraging appropriate resources (human and physical) with Hematologists and Oncologists and other key customers.
- Serve as product, disease state, and marketplace expert; communicate and position product information to promote appropriate use of the Sanofi oncology portfolio within territory.
- Work with field partners to ensure strategy pull-through from Key IDNs/System, Reimbursement, Key Accounts, other ABMs, and Medical (as appropriate).
- Complete call reporting, business plan updates, and expense reports; operate within all pharma compliance guidelines.
- Effective account targeting and time management.
- Attend training sessions and conventions/symposia as necessary.
- Complete fleet safety training and maintain an acceptable driving record.

About You
Basic Qualifications
- BA/BS degree from an accredited school (required).
- Minimum 2 years of pharmaceutical sales experience.

Preferred Requirements
- Sales Oncology/Hematology experience.
- BA focus in business or life science.
- Strategic thinking; effective oral and written communication.
- Up to 2 years experience selling chemotherapeutic agents or biotech products.
- Familiarity with hospital and cancer center environment.
- Safely drive a company car to daily meetings/appointments (required).
