Main Responsibilities
- Engage Dermatology/Immunology customers in assigned territory with clinically focused messages to introduce, launch, grow brand-share and revenue, and deliver product goals for atopic dermatitis and other dermatological indications.
- Coordinate with key field stakeholders (e.g., Medical Science Liaisons, Field Reimbursement/Market Access, Thought Leader Liaisons) to address customer needs, identify market dynamics/trends, develop strategies supporting brand/corporate objectives, and ensure account success.
- Build relationships with dermatology experts, biologic coordinators, office staff, healthcare personnel, and patient advocacy groups.
- Develop strategic business plans to identify opportunities, generate product utilization, and grow territory business.
- Plan and execute local promotional speaker programs/activities.
- Maximize territory budget to execute strategies/tactics and grow the business.
- Participate in and help lead sales initiatives (congresses, meetings, medical conferences).
- Own business opportunities in geography, including calling on large group practices and key targets.
- Establish relationships with thought leaders to drive industry-leading customer value.

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelorโ€™s degree.
- 3+ years pharmaceutical/biotech/medical device sales experience.
- Ability to learn/apply technical and scientific product information.
- Ability to travel as needed within assigned territory.
- Proven, compliant sales success in complex markets with diverse customer segments.
- Ability to work collaboratively as a team player.
- Valid Driverโ€™s License.

Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years selling self-injectable (sub-cutaneous) or office-administered IV biologics.
- 2+ years dermatology (e.g., atopic dermatitis) experience; 2+ years calling on Dermatologists.
- Launch experience; alliance/matrix partnership experience.
- Advanced clinically based selling; results with launches; in-servicing/training experience.
- Strong organization/account management; passion for science and proactive learning.
