Responsibilities:
- Lead the Cell Therapy account management team; define and oversee site-level CAR T account management strategy.
- Achieve commercial objectives for CAR T launches via excellence in account planning, execution, and stakeholder collaboration.
- Recruit, hire, organize, align resources; design performance metrics and ensure accountability.
- Develop and coach Cell Therapy Account Managers; support individual development plans.
- Drive revenue and referral strategy to enable community oncology/hematology centers to refer patients to CAR T certified sites.
- Evaluate staff deployment/territories; conduct performance reviews and competency assessments.
- Monitor field activity, workloads, resource/budget/expense control; oversee business operations.
- Oversee strategic account plans with site-level goals aligned to corporate objectives.
- Partner cross-functionally to refine launch strategy and brand/referral tactics; remove obstacles for Account Managers.
- Collaborate with Medical Affairs Liaisons (MSLs) and Launch Excellence Associate Directors (LEADs); support order/supply process for customer service.
- Build KOL/key account relationships; provide timely account trend/risks feedback to leadership.
Qualifications:
- 8+ years sales/marketing/commercial experience; 5+ years in Hematology or Oncology.
- People management (preferred); hospital/academic & community sales (preferred); buy-and-bill (preferred).
- Key account management in large/complex accounts; partner with senior leadership; strong business/technical acumen.
- Excellent communication/presentation; strong analytical/consulting/business planning.
- U.S. compliance guidelines knowledge; coach/lead through ambiguity.
- Bachelorβs degree or equivalent; valid driverβs license; travel up to 60%.
