Area Business Manager, Cell Therapy (Northeast)
Responsibilities:
- Lead the Cell Therapy account management team by defining and overseeing site-level CAR T account management strategy.
- Achieve commercial objectives through excellence in account planning, execution, and cross-stakeholder collaboration.
- Recruit/hire, organize, align resources; set performance metrics and accountability.
- Develop and coach Cell Therapy Account Managers; manage deployment, reviews, and competency assessments.
- Drive revenue and referral strategy to enable community oncology/hematology centers to refer appropriate patients to CAR T-certified sites.
- Oversee business operations, budgets/expenses, and compliance with applicable laws/regulations/policies.
- Oversee strategic account plans; refine launch/brand/referral tactics; provide guidance to remove obstacles.
- Partner with Medical Affairs Liaisons (MSLs) and Launch Excellence Associate Directors (LEADs) and support order/supply process for excellent customer service.
- Build KOL/key-account relationships; provide feedback on trends, risks, opportunities.
Qualifications:
- 8+ years sales/marketing/commercial experience required; 5 years in Hematology or Oncology.
- People management experience preferred; hospital sales and academic/community setting preferred.
- Buy-and-bill reimbursement experience preferred.
- Key account management in large complex accounts.
- Technical expertise/business acumen; strong analytical/consulting/business planning skills.
- U.S. compliance guidelines knowledge.
- Ability to work independently; travel up to 60%; valid driver’s license; Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent).

- Leadership, results orientation, collaboration; flexible/entrepreneurial, change-agent mindset.

- Field US pay range: $197,030–$238,754.
