Main Responsibilities:
- Engage customers in the assigned territory and deliver a clinically focused selling message to introduce, launch, grow brand-share and revenue, and consistently deliver product goals.
- Collaborate with field stakeholders (e.g., MSLs, Field Access, Market Access, Thought Leader liaisons) to address customer needs, identify market dynamics/trends, develop strategies supporting brand/corporate objectives, and ensure account success.
- Build relationships with asthma/Allergy-Immunology specialists and other healthcare personnel and patient advocacy support groups as directed.
- Identify key opportunities and develop strategic business plans to generate product utilization and grow territory business.
- Plan, organize, and execute local promotional speaker programs and activities.
- Maximize allocated territory budget to support execution and business growth.
- Participate in and help lead sales initiatives (e.g., congresses, local/regional meetings, medical conferences).
- Own business opportunities in the geographic area, including calling on large group practices and key targets.
- Establish relationships with thought leaders; drive industry-leading customer value.

Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 3+ years of sales experience.
- Ability to learn and apply technical/scientific product information.
- Ability to travel as needed.
- Proven sales success in complex markets with integrity and compliance.
- Team-oriented mindset.
- Valid driver’s license.

Preferred Qualifications:
- 3+ years in pharma/biotech/medical device sales.
- 2+ years selling subcutaneous self-injectable (or office-administered IV) biologics.
- 2+ years selling in asthma and/or immunology disorders (e.g., atopic dermatitis, psoriasis, MS, Crohn’s, ulcerative colitis).
- 2+ years calling on Allergists or Dermatologists.
- Launch experience in specialty care/biologics.
- Alliance/matrix partnership experience.
- Advanced clinically based selling; results with launches.
- In-servicing/training experience.
- Strong organization and account management.
