Main Responsibilities:
- Engage Allergists/ENTs and other key customers in assigned geography; deliver clinically focused selling messages to introduce, launch, grow brand-share/revenue, and consistently deliver product goals for asthma, CRSwNP, atopic dermatitis, CSU and EOE indications.
- Collaborate with field stakeholders (e.g., medical, reimbursement, market access, thought leader liaisons) to address customer needs, identify market trends, develop strategies supporting brand/corporate objectives, and ensure account success.
- Build relationships with immunology experts and Allergy/ENT specialists, biologic coordinators, office staff, and relevant patient advocacy support groups.
- Identify key opportunities and develop strategic business plans to drive product utilization and grow territory business.
- Plan and execute local promotional speaker programs/activities; maximize budget for execution and business growth.
- Participate in initiatives supporting sales success (e.g., congresses, regional meetings, medical conferences).
- Own business opportunities in territory, including coordination/calling on large group practices and key targets.
- Establish relationships with thought leaders to drive industry-leading customer value.

Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelorโ€™s degree (accredited four-year). Minimum 3 years pharmaceutical/medical device/biotech sales OR relevant clinical experience.
- Ability to learn/apply technical/scientific product information; travel as needed within territory.
- Proven consistent sales performance in complex markets with diverse customers while maintaining integrity within compliance guidelines.
- Team player.
- Valid Driverโ€™s License.

Preferred Qualifications:
- 2 years selling subcutaneous self-injectable (or office-administered IV) biologics.
- 2 years selling in asthma or immunology disorders (e.g., atopic dermatitis, psoriasis, multiple sclerosis, Crohnโ€™s, ulcerative colitis).
- 2+ years calling on Allergists and/or ENTs; co-promotion experience preferred.
- Advanced clinically based selling; proven success with product launches.
- In-servicing/training office staff, nurses, office managers.
- Passion for science; highly organized with strong account management.

Additional Requirements:
- Complete all fleet safety training; maintain an acceptable driving record regarding accidents/incidents.
