Area Business Director (Gastroenterology) - Fort Worth, TX

Role: Area Business Director (Gastroenterology) responsible for driving sales of Ardelyx's first-in-class GI product through direct engagement with healthcare providers. Responsibilities include achieving sales targets, developing and executing territory-specific sales strategies, collaborating with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Patient Services, Market Access), and mastering clinical and market data to inform messaging. Qualifications: minimum 5 years pharma/biotech sales experience, preferably in specialty pharma or gastroenterology, with a proven track record of success and product launch experience. Requires a bachelor’s degree; prior sales management experience is a plus.
