What You’ll Do
As Analyst/Sr. Analyst, Strategy & Operations, partner with the Director, Strategy & Operations (CMC and Supply Chain) to shape how medicines are made and delivered. Turn data into insight and insight into action across strategic analyses, operational planning, and leadership communications.

Responsibilities
- Assist with quantitative analyses (e.g., NPV/ROI modeling, build-vs-buy, make-vs-outsource, risk/benefit, cost optimization) for CMC/Supply Chain and leadership decisions.
- Identify opportunities to improve workflows, templates, or analytical processes; propose lightweight solutions.
- Gather, validate, and consolidate technical, financial, and market inputs to support trade-off discussions.
- Conduct structured secondary research and summarize implications.
- Support recurring business rhythms (S&OP reviews, launch readiness, risk updates) and ensure inputs are current.
- Track cross-functional deliverables/milestones and surface bottlenecks and misalignments.
- Maintain CMC/Supply Chain KPIs, dashboards, risk registers, continuity playbooks, and ensure data hygiene/version control.
- Prepare leadership-ready slides/write-ups; pre-reads, meeting notes, and action trackers.
- Collaborate cross-functionally (Commercial, FP&A, Accounting, BD, Legal, CMC, Supply Chain, QA) for alignment.

Qualifications / Required
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in business or science (or related) + 0–2 years experience; meaningful wet lab experience (academic or professional).
- Strong analytical/reasoning skills; structured problem solving.
- Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills.
- PowerPoint and Excel (financial modeling/sensitivities); Python/R/SQL a plus.
- Ownership, attention to detail, and execution mindset; sound judgment with sensitive information.
- Ability to travel up to 10%.
- Fluency in English.

Preferred
- Dual business + science background.
- Relevant internships/co-ops (management consulting, investment banking, equity research, or therapeutics corporate role).

Salary
- $95,000 - $115,000 USD (California).
