Government Reporting Analyst
Key responsibilities:
- Prepare data, perform validations, calculations and analysis supporting Medicaid, Medicare, 340B, and VA regulations.
- Apply customer contractual terms to sales and rebate data.
- Utilize systems including SAP, Excel, Access, Alteryx, and ModelN Flex to research transactions, extract information, standardize data, and prepare analyses.
- Adapt and streamline processes to changing regulatory and operational requirements.
- Learn and apply regulatory concepts and contractual terms to data.
- Ensure written procedures are current, complete, and aligned with internal policies and reporting requirements.
- Assist team members in related functions and help establish best practices for the Government Reporting team.
Minimum qualifications:
- Knowledge of accounting and financial analysis with an emphasis on gross-to-net sales.
- Strong ability to use Excel functions and learn/apply other analytical tools (Access, Alteryx).
- Preferred: ModelN Flex system knowledge and regulations supporting Medicaid Drug Rebate and other government drug pricing programs.
- Attention to detail and high accuracy for reporting compliance.
- Ability to organize and manipulate large volumes of transactional and other data.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and adapt to deadlines.
- Ability to follow detailed procedures and apply logic to solve problems.
- Ability to streamline routine work, propose solutions, and implement process changes.
- Bachelorβs degree (or equivalent) in accounting, finance, data analytics or related field, plus 1β2 years of experience (equivalent combinations considered).
- Ability to communicate effectively across multifunctional teams.
- Good written and verbal communication; ability to read and interpret business documents, contracts, and regulations.
Compensation:
- Salary range: $41,000 - $93,000.
