Government Reporting Analyst

Responsibilities:
- Prepare data, perform validations, calculations and analysis supporting Medicaid, Medicare, 340B, and VA regulations.
- Apply customer contractual terms to sales and rebate data.
- Use SAP, Excel, Access, Alteryx, and ModelN Flex to research transactions, extract information, standardize data, and prepare analyses.
- Adapt and streamline processes to changing regulatory and operational requirements.
- Learn and apply regulatory concepts and contractual terms to data.
- Ensure written procedures are current, complete, and aligned with internal policies and reporting requirements.
- Assist team members in related functions and work to establish best practices.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Knowledge of accounting and financial analysis with emphasis on gross-to-net sales.
- Strong ability to use Excel functions; learn/apply Access and Alteryx.
- Preferred knowledge of ModelN Flex and regulations for the Medicaid Drug Rebate and other government drug pricing programs.
- Attention to detail and high accuracy for reporting compliance.
- Ability to organize/manipulate large volumes of transactional and other data.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and adapt to deadlines.
- Ability to follow detailed procedures and apply logic to solve problems.
- Ability to streamline work, propose solutions, and implement process changes.
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in accounting, finance, data analytics or related field and 1–2 years of experience (equivalent combinations considered).
- Communicate effectively across multifunctional teams; strong written and verbal skills to read/interpret business documents, contracts, and regulations.

Compensation:
- Salary range: $41,000–$93,000.
