Alliances Manager

Role: Serve as primary alliance manager for 2–4 strategic partnerships at Neurocrine Biosciences, overseeing alliance performance, governance, and cross-functional execution. Responsibilities: lead alliance governance through Joint Steering Committees and working groups, align stakeholders across R&D, Legal, Finance, Clinical, Regulatory, and CMC, and drive achievement of contractual, operational, and business objectives; identify and mitigate risks; ensure compliance; improve alliance management processes; and report on alliance performance. Requirements: BS/BA in science or business with 6+ years (or MS in 4+ years, or PhD in 2+ years) of biotech/pharma alliance management or related experience; knowledge of small molecule and biologics R&D; strong cross-functional and global collaboration skills; experience with contracts, legal terminology, and finance principles; proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and collaboration tools; excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management capabilities.
