The Territory Business Manager will drive product awareness and utilization within a defined territory, working with physicians, healthcare office staff, internal colleagues, and other pertinent parties to achieve and exceed sales initiatives.

Responsibilities
- Use business planning and local market knowledge to build sales and customer networks.
- Develop strong disease and dermatology product knowledge to compliantly promote products to healthcare professionals.
- Engage physicians/targeted healthcare professionals to deliver clinically relevant information and exceed product goals in compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
- Use marketplace and reimbursement knowledge to prioritize opportunities.
- Apply direct selling techniques and market strategies to expand product demand.
- Use critical thinking to navigate a changing healthcare environment and gain customer access.
- Coordinate with field personnel to proactively address customer needs.
- Use patient-focused clinical dialogue and total account management to provide outstanding customer service.
- Maintain an active presence in the dermatology community and related organizations.
- Represent the company professionally, ethically, and compliantly.

Required Education, Experience, and Skills
- 2+ years of quota-driven sales experience (preferred: dermatology, medical device, or specialty pharmaceutical sales).
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
- Demonstrated sustained high performance; strong learning aptitude.
- High urgency and customer service orientation.
- Ability to travel within the territory.
- Ability to thrive in a performance-based, fast-paced environment.
- Territory: Michigan; candidate must reside in Michigan.
