Allergy Territory Account Specialist โ Seattle, WA

Key Responsibilities:
- Navigate and resolve account challenges with effective, tailored solutions.
- Build and execute a strategic territory plan to drive product demand and improve patient outcomes.
- Partner with territory teammates, field teams, and home-office colleagues to deliver access support.
- Use market/competitive and cross-functional knowledge to anticipate opportunities and respond with agility.
- Leverage territory data and market trends to drive pull-through and lead impactful customer engagements (virtual or in person).
- Facilitate planning sessions with key stakeholders to solve complex problems across functions.
- Provide real-time access support and coordinate with Patient Specialty Services (PSS) for a seamless customer experience.
- Use digital tools and omni-channel strategies to personalize outreach (virtual and face-to-face).
Essential Requirements:
- Bachelorโs degree.
- Experience (within last 5 years) in pharmaceutical/biotech/healthcare or similarly structured industries with geographically dispersed sales teams; or complex sales environments such as medical devices/diagnostics/life sciences services/insurance/consumer health/B2B.
- Proven high performance in navigating and selling to large accounts and key customers.
- Self-starter with strong analytics; ethical leadership and compliance with company policies and laws.
- Reside within the territory or within 50 miles of the territory border; travel 60โ80%; valid driverโs license.
Desirable Requirements:
- Experience across therapeutic groups/disease states, account management strategy, and new product launches.
- Knowledge of patient services, market access, buy & bill, specialty pharmacy, reimbursement, and/or medical calling on HCPs.
Driving is essential (unrestricted valid driverโs license required).
