Key Responsibilities:
- Resolve account challenges with tailored solutions to meet customer needs.
- Build a strategic territory plan to drive product demand and improve patient outcomes.
- Partner with territory teammates/field and home-office colleagues to deliver access support.
- Use market/competitive knowledge to anticipate opportunities and respond with agility.
- Use territory data and trends to uncover insights, support pull-through, and lead engagements (virtual/in-person).
- Facilitate stakeholder planning sessions to solve complex issues and collaborate across functions.
- Provide real-time access support and coordinate with Patient Specialty Services (PSS) for seamless experience.
- Use digital tools and omni-channel strategies for personalized outreach.
Qualifications (Essential):
- Bachelorโs degree (4-year) required.
- 5 yearsโ experience (or leveling guidelines below) in pharma/biotech/healthcare or similar complex sales environments; associate level: limited sales experience encouraged.
- Proven high-performance record selling to large accounts/key customers.
- Analytical, ethical self-starter who can prioritize information to solve customer problems.
- Live within territory or within 50 miles of territory border; travel 60โ80%; ability to drive/fly; valid driverโs license.
Desirable:
- Experience across therapeutic groups/disease states, account strategy, and new product launches.
- Knowledge of patient services, market access, buy-and-bill, specialty pharmacy, reimbursement, and/or medical calling on HCPs.
Leveling (summary):
- Associate: leadership in US Military (4+ years) or limited sales experience.
- TAS: 2+ years relevant specialty/complex sales (5+ Senior; 10+ Executive).
Training: May require initial training/home study (โค8 hrs/day, โค40 hrs/week).
