Territory Account Specialist (TAS) β field-based/remote supporting key accounts in an assigned geography.
Responsibilities:
- Resolve account challenges with tailored solutions.
- Build and execute a territory plan aligned to shared priorities to drive product demand and patient outcomes.
- Partner with territory teammates, field teams, and home-office colleagues to deliver access support.
- Use market/competitive knowledge to anticipate opportunities and respond with agility.
- Leverage territory data and trends to generate local insights and lead customer engagements (virtual or in person).
- Facilitate planning sessions with key stakeholders to solve complex challenges across functions.
- Provide real-time access support and partner with Patient Specialty Services (PSS).
- Use digital tools and omni-channel strategies for personalized outreach (virtual and face-to-face).
Qualifications:
- Bachelorβs degree required.
- Pharmaceutical/biotech/healthcare or similarly structured complex sales experience with large, geographically dispersed teams within last 5 years (medical devices, diagnostics, life sciences services, insurance, consumer health, or B2B also considered).
- Proven track record navigating and selling to large accounts/key customers.
- Self-starter with strong analytics; ethical leadership and compliance mindset.
Requirements/Skills:
- Reside within the territory or within 50 miles of the territory border.
- Travel 60β80% across broad geography; drive and/or fly within territory; valid driverβs license.
- Desired: experience across therapeutic/disease states, account strategy, and new product launches; understanding of patient services/market access/reimbursement/buy-and-bill/specialty pharmacy and/or medical calling on HCPs.
