Key Responsibilities:
- Resolve account challenges with effective, tailored solutions to meet customer needs.
- Build a strategic territory plan aligning priorities and insights to drive product demand and improve patient outcomes.
- Partner with territory teammates, field teams, and home-office colleagues to deliver access support.
- Use market/competitive knowledge and cross-functional insights to anticipate opportunities and respond with agility.
- Leverage territory data and trends to uncover local insights, support pull-through, and lead customer engagements (virtual or in-person).
- Facilitate planning sessions with key stakeholders to solve complex issues across functions.
- Provide real-time access support in collaboration with Patient Specialty Services (PSS).
- Use digital tools and omni-channel strategies to personalize outreach.

Qualifications (Essential):
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Experience within last 5 years in pharma/biotech/healthcare or similar complex sales environments with large, geographically dispersed sales teams.
- Track record of consistent high performance selling to large accounts/key customers.
- Analytical, ethical self-starter able to apply information to solve customer problems and ensure compliance.
- Reside within territory or within 50 miles of territory border; travel 60–80% and drive/fly; valid driver’s license.

Desirable:
- Experience across therapeutic groups/disease states, account strategy, and new product launches.
- Knowledge of patient services, market access/buy-and-bill, specialty pharmacy, reimbursement, and/or HCP medical calling.

Benefits/Compensation (as stated):
- Salary ranges: $77k–$143k (Associate), $93.8k–$174.2k (Territory), $119.7k–$222.3k (Senior), $132.3k–$245.7k (Executive); performance incentive; potential annual equity; US benefits package and time off.
