Key Responsibilities:
- Resolve account challenges with effective, tailored solutions.
- Build and execute a strategic territory plan to drive product demand and improve patient outcomes.
- Partner with territory teammates, field teams, and home-office colleagues to deliver access support.
- Use market/competitive insights to anticipate opportunities and respond with agility.
- Use territory data and trends to support pull-through and lead impactful customer engagements (virtual/in-person).
- Facilitate cross-functional planning sessions with key stakeholders to address complex issues urgently.
- Provide real-time access support and collaborate with Patient Specialty Services (PSS) for a seamless customer experience.
- Use digital tools and omnichannel strategies to personalize outreach (virtual and face-to-face).
Essential Requirements:
- Bachelorβs degree.
- 4+ years relevant industry experience (pharma/biotech/healthcare or similar complex sales) within last 5 years; Associate level may apply with limited prior sales experience.
- Proven high performance selling to large accounts/key customers.
- Self-starter with analytic/problem-solving skills and ethical/compliance mindset.
- Reside in territory or within 50 miles of territory border; travel 60β80%; valid driverβs license.
Desirable Requirements:
- Experience across therapeutic groups/disease states, account strategy, and new product launches.
- Knowledge of patient services/market access, buy-and-bill, specialty pharmacy, reimbursement, and/or medical calling on HCPs.

- Salary ranges by level: $77kβ$245.7k; performance cash incentive; possible annual equity (level-dependent); health/life/disability, 401(k) match, and time off.
Training:
- Complete initial training (home study β€8 hrs/day, β€40 hrs/week) for field roles with dedicated training period.
